Laboratory Machines

Laboratory machines are single-arm, small-capacity machines for prototyping and developing resins, colors, additives, and other work where part of the molding process needs to be replicated.

Among the standard features on these machines is our RotoCure System Manager control with 17” (430 mm) flat screen color monitor and multiple-passage internal gas.

Below left RotoSpeed M-1600 is a single-arm, In-Line Shuttle machine with a 64″ (1,626 mm) swing and 1,500-pound (680 kg) weight capacity. Separate oven and cooler stations (cooler station also function as the load/unload station) correspond to real-world production methods. A gas-fired oven is standard; an electrically-heated oven is available.

Above right is a RotoSpeed Single-arm RS1-1400 (RS-120) with a Carousel style oven and cooler configured as a three station machine; oven, service and cooler stations. This machine has a 55″ (1,397 mm) swing and 1,000-pound (450 kg) weight capacity.
