Laboratory Machines

Laboratory machines are typically smaller than production size machines and are single-arm, small-capacity machines for prototyping and developing resins, colors, additives, and other work where process development and testing/sampling are needed.  Laboratory machines are ideal for small spaces and short production runs.

These machines can be either a 1 or 2 cart in-line shuttle using an oven and a combination cooling/service station, or a single arm carousel with a 3-station configuration: Oven, Cooler, and Service.  Both styles are similar in function to their larger, full production machines.  Laboratory style machines have many of the same features and systems as Ferry’s RotoSpeed larger production machines, including our industry leading RotoCure software which can be customizable to be unique for any application.
