Fixed-Arm Turret Machines
Ferry’s RotoSpeed™ fixed-arm turret machines deliver proven performance, labor efficiency, and layout simplicity – trusted worldwide for balanced-cycle production.
Each machine features a central indexing turret, with all arms fixed to the common turret. As the turret rotates, every arm/cart indexes simultaneously from one station to the next: oven, cooler, and load/unload. This synchronized motion makes turret machines ideal for parts with predictable, evenly timed heating, cooling, and servicing cycles.

Choose from three-arm or four-arm configurations, with both straight and offset arm options available.
- Four-arm systems offer more flexibility when one stage takes longer i.e. heating/cooling or service
- Three-arm systems are ideal for processes with equal cycle times.
