Rocking Oven Machines
Rocking Oven machines are designed specifically for long, slender parts that may require special cook and cool times, or wall thickness control. The long rectangular shaped ovens are placed over an open pit on the shop floor. Once the lid closes, the mold spindle rotates 360° along its long axis. At the same time, the oven “rocks” or tilts back and forth up to 45° both in a clockwise and counterclockwise direction.
Cooling/service station outside of the oven is available. Our industry leading RotoCure software is programmable for any unique needs of the parts being molded.
